100 Calorie Snacks!








No reason to break the bank or spend tons of time cooking on these little, tasty treats that won't expand your waistline! Let me help you find some amazing snacks that the whole will love! Your tummy will thank me later when it's flat!

Here is what I reach for!

Peanut Butter and Celery - ONE tablespoon of peanut butter with celery sticks

Mozzarella and Tomato - 1.5 ounces Mozzarella spread over tomato slices

Popcorn - 3 cups air popped (don't get the ones with extra butter!)

Almonds - 14 nuts

Carrots and Hummus - ONE OF MY FAVS! 11 baby carrots and 2 tablespoons of hummus

Edamame - Half a cup of these fun veggies!

Chocolate Banana - Half a frozen banana dipped in two squares of melted dark chocolate

Frozen Grapes - Any color. 1 cup (28 grapes).. Place them in the freezer for 2 hours

Honeyed Yogurt - 1/2 cup of non fat Greek yogurt with a dash of cinnamon & 1 tsp honey

Grilled Pineapple - 2 1/4 inch thick pineapple round (1 cup) grilled for 2 minutes

Berries n' Cream - 1 cup blueberries with 2 tbsp whipped topping

Citrus Berry Salad - 1 cup mixed berry salad (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries) tosses with one tbsp of fresh squeezed OJ (sooo yummy)

Chocolate Covered Strawberries - Five strawberries dipped in two squares melted dark chocolate

Shakeology - Alright this one is 160 calories... but since it's loaded with numerous vitamins, boosts the immune system and increases energy -- I added this one! Click here to read all about it!

Cafe Latte - 8oz steamed skim milk with 1 shot espresso

Warm Spiced Cider - 6oz apple cider with sprinkles of cinnamon and nutmeg, warmed

Marshmallow Pear - 1/2 pear diced and topped with 1tbsp marshmallow fluff
