So many times when I bring up the coaching opportunity, people ask me what they can make. This is a dangerous question to answer because there are many variables. First of all, I don’t want anyone to feel pressured into coaching. The best coaches are ones that are passionate about their own health and fitness and share that desire with others. Every successful coach that I have seen (including myself) are using the Beachbody programs as well as Shakeology. Can’t preach what you don’t practice!
Beachbody Coach Income
Does Beachbody pay ALL Coaches a commission? – Nope. Some only become a Coach for the 25% discount on all Beachbody products and Shakeology. Around 32% of those who sign up to be coach never make commissions, which means 68% put time and effort to grow a home business while helping others reach their health and fitness goals.
How many Coaches reach the next rank of Emerald? – Pretty much a quarter – 25.7% of Coaches hit the next ranking of Emerald. You need to sign up two of Coaches of your own. Is it really that hard? No! You just have to find two people like you – people that want to get fit and healthy! You possibly can hit Emerald the first week of Coaching and be in the top 9% of Coaches in the nation! I did this within 2 weeks!
It wasn’t like I felt forced to “sell” my Coaches. I focused on my passion, which was helping others by motivating them, providing knowledge, encouragement and daily support. My team has the same passion!
I have put a lot of work into building a successful foundation for me and my Coaches to build upon. My first two motivated Coaches hit Emerald within 2 weeks like me! I have a goal for all my new Coaches to become Emerald within their first month.

Why the importance of Emerald? Coaches will now already qualify for Team Bonuses, Customer Leads and other incentives. Customer leads given straight into your inbox by Beachbody! Income starts to increase as well as a boost of motivation and encouragement to reach new goals!
How many Coaches reach DIAMOND rank? Only around 3.6% — making it a true gem! So this must be really hard – Not necessarily! It just requires time, effort and commitment – to yourself being a product of the product as well as committing to be there for others on their coaching journey!
I became Diamond in just FIVE WEEKS by having a total of 8 coaches, in which 2 went Emerald!
My goal was to have one of my coaches go Diamond in less than 90 days. Well guess what? She went Diamond in 3 days less than me!! Not only do I know the plan to succeed, my goal turned to helping ALL of my coaches!
What happens after Diamond? STAR DIAMOND! This is only 2.4%! So out of 1000 coaches only 24 grasp a Star! Because my coach went Diamond, I became a Star Diamond! I hit in less than 90 days what many other Coaches do not achieve! I am not stopping there! I now have THREE LIFETIME DIAMONDS and an official Two Star Diamond Coach in 9 months!
While making a business plan, I wanted to train my Coaches to duplicate my success. Why just sign up Coaches and having them build their own business with no training or direction? That doesn’t make any sense! I want them to meet and exceed my goals! The BEST part about Beachbody Coaching, is that when you help others succeed, you succeed as well! Same philosophy with the workouts as well as your income!

If you put effort and treat this like a business, follow the Game Plan that Beachbody creates for their Coaches as well as my personal training, then success will be your result! Just ask my Diamond! But just like working out, it does take hard work and planning. You can’t expect results you want by making excuses. Also don’t give up!

Your primary goal is to help others reach then goals, not to earn a ton of money. The only coaches that I have seen succeed are focused on building their team and are truly passionate about the Beachbody workouts and Shakeology. They are genuinely excited about each and every person they are helping getting fit and healthy! If you are as pumped as me to change your life like I did… Coaching will be a great experience!
