Live Your OWN Dream!

Yes, I like to TRAVEL. I get the QUESTION allllll the time, "How do YOU get to TRAVEL so much?"

Simple, I chose the path early on to MOLD my future. I took the SMALLEST "JOBS" and took them VERY SERIOUSLY! Let me explain.

Back when I graduated college, I started my AMAZING CAREER working with International Plaza's Management Office in Marketing. This was AFTER my Internship with the TB Buccaneers. I made $0 with the Bucs, for it was college credit. I worked a full 9-5. If it was GAMEDAY -- I worked 11 hours on a SUNDAY. I learned how to manage my money that my dad would give me to survive (when I was making ZERO with the Bucs). Now onto my first career.. After TAXES I made about $500 a week. That's not a ton to live on either, when your rent is $950 to live in a safe apartment across the street.

So I would work OVERTIME when I could (I was actually considered hourly) AND I got ANOTHER job! I learned early on, to do my BEST to have a "SAFETY NET aka SAVE MONEY." I really wanted to be able to DO FUN THINGS and SHOP here and there.

I answered some little ad exclusively to CRUZAN RUM. I was 22 and WOW $25 an HOUR to hold a TRAY of SAMPLE SHOTS. And to PICK my SHIFTS. Ummmm, ok! BUT I didn't TREAT it like JUST a JOB of SAMPLING SHOTS... I wanted to be the LEADER and be the BOSS taking girls to these promos. So I made sure to be the BEST PROMO MODEL EVER. Always looking on point and knowing EVERYTHING about the PRODUCT! And did it PAY OFF!!

Little did I know that getting chosen from that one AD, CHANGED EVERYTHING! I started with a few REALLY GOOD promo companies. I didn't really have that many friends, so I met a whole bunch of DYNAMIC LADIES and now I was sometimes making $500 in a WEEKEND! But I didn't blow it, I SAVED it ---- THOUGH when I wanted something I BOUGHT it. So I worked ALOT.

After I ended at the Mall Office, I was Marlboro's Market Manager, the Market Manager for Coca Cola's "Healthier" Portfolio - Vitaminwater/Fuze/Smartwater/etc and so many other promos ---- just for answering ONE ad to SERVE SAMPLE SHOTS.

I figured, well if it's JUST me --- I have GOT to make this THEEE BEST life EVER. I had NO clue what would happen in my future. Unexpected bills happen ALL the time in LIFE!

So those who know me, know I do what it takes!

THEN. COMES. BEACHBODY.

I was VERY VERY VERY RELUCTANT to start COACHING. Hard to IMAGINE right?

I thought well damn, this person I bring on has to SUCCEED or I won't? I looked at it ALL WRONG, since I have never had a job where ESSENTIALLY I CALL THE SHOTS.

The Easy Part: The products (Shakeology, BB's at home workouts) REALLY work. Also, discounts on the products rock.

The Hard Part: Realizing I can MAKE my OWN DREAMS come TRUE. I know that does sound like blah blah, own dreams whatever. But REALLY I told myself from the BEGINNING.. I am gonna TREAT this like a 50 hour a week job, but really I worked a LOT LESS and still do not work 50 hours with this job.

I made a PLAN. I would only "hire" coaches that were MOTIVATED, POSITIVE and WOULD have FUN with this. I put "hire" in parenthesis, cause NOPE I am not THEIR BOSS in any means, but at the same time -- if they come in with a shitty attitude, I really don't want them on MY TEAM. I wanted QUALITY vs QUANTITY but I can tell you I spent NO time messing around.

A job is a job regardless if you have a BOSS. A job is a job when you KNOW you can MAKE MONEY and with Beachbody it IS LIMITLESS.

At my RANKING, I can actually make up to 4k in bonuses a WEEK and UNLIMITED INCOME! Not to shabby?!??! I ALWAYS saw the BIGGER PICTURE.

So getting back on TRAVELING and SPLURGING on things here and there. I CHOSE that LIFE! Since I was young... I LEARNED the LESSON of the VALUE of MONEY...

Don't live your life being stressed EVERYDAY about FINANCES.

Something like BEACHBODY, might be YOUR SAVING GRACE. I know it was mine for I could only do promo work for so long before it gets repetitive. And yup, on someone ELSE's time schedule.

Cool part also about traveling, it actually helps out my business. I interact with new people and see familiar faces all the time.

So I DARE you to spend a FEW MINUTES thinking DO YOU WANT TO LIVE SOMEONE ELSE'S DREAM or YOURS?!??! And make some healthy changes.

SHOW ME YOUR MONEY!!! Read on... 

Oh in my back office, it sure does look like a PYRAMID. The pyramid is so pretty!! Tons of "coach heads" either going diagonal left and right. GIVE ME YOUR MONEY!

Pyramid schemes DO NOT EQUAL the "LOOK of PYRAMID". It actually has to do with what is going ON inside the pyramid. Here's what I mean.... A "true" and VERY ILLEGAL pyramid scheme means that the DUDE on the TOP of the pyramid MAKES money off of EVERY RECRUIT for NO SERVICE or some stupid gift of no value. So let's say 10 people gave person 1 $100.. That means he made $1000. Every person goes to find 10 people, they make $900 -- since $100 is already invested. See where I am going? It's not mathematically possible for people to make money. It's a crappy investment and will fail. Hence they are ILLEGAL.

Back to MY PYRAMID with Beachbody. This is ACTUALLY called Multi-level Marketing (MLM). This means Beachbody was deemed that our products have VALUE. We do NOT get paid off of who we "recruit." We get PAID for PRODUCTS SOLD, only. The more coaches we "sign-up" under our team, does NOT mean more money.

Many companies are MLM structure... Pampered Chef, Avon, Scentsy. I picked Beachbody. Why? Shit that's easy, it's because I actually USE the products and I am an advocate of this product that has high value. I look fit and I am healthy and there is a HUGE MARKET in the WEIGHTLOSS & WELLNESS INDUSTRY. Now instead of getting people drunk as a bartender, I can get them sexy as a coach. During my own Beachbody Challenge, it would have been LUDACRIS for me NOT to have become a coach! There is NO convincing here. I think any coach on my team would tell you they are here because they love & believe in what we do daily.

I mean, if you look at almost any business model out there a CEO sits at the top, middle management in-between and hardworking employees at the bottom. Well, when I started about a year and a half ago I was a BRAND NEW COACH with no experience, no team and no idea how to build this business, but I got in, worked hard, and poured myself into learning this biz.

I don't just RECRUIT AWAY aka SIGN COACHES... I am in CONTACT with them about EVERYDAY. I host online MARKETING CLASSES for them so they can MASTER SOCIAL MEDIA. We have COACH CALLS and I LISTEN to MAKE THEIR GOALS become REALITY.

I didn't have "INVESTMENT MONEY" just laying around. To even franchise a business it would cost 100k+. I figured I can get my WORKOUT and SHAKEOLOGY and "try" this PYRAMID.

So I did and I grew FAST! I get ZERO cut from my coach's commissions. ZERO. We all make the SAME COMMISSIONS, but here is the CATCH --- the better your team does, Beachbody then REWARDS you with UNLIMITED TEAM BONUSES! That is from THEIR BANK, not MINE nor my OWN COACHES.

Plus, you can EASILY make more money than someone on top of you. It's all on YOU!

82% of women who earn $100k OR MORE per year do it thru network marketing. I may seem like a RARE BREED, but honestly times are changing and the opportunity to BE YOUR OWN BOSS and work towards YOUR dream is the freedom that most people wish for. Corporate America will always be there and you can climb that ladder too, if you wish, but I'd much rather work on building my own dream than someone else's.

The MORE I put in, the MORE that will come my way --- BUT never at an EXPENSE of MY TEAM!!

Plus it is awesome to WORK from home in WORKOUT CLOTHES and to STARE at SEXY SHAUN T.

I WILL not only give YOU my SUPPORT, but there WILL be LADIES in your SAME SHOES that will SUPPORT and CHEER you on --- even when it gets hard. We ALL have SETBACKS. But GIVING UP is not an option.

I'm more than just a Beachbody Coach! Who am I?


It's not a coincidence that there are some people that seems to have it ALL! Good job, good relationships, always smiling --- they have a sense of "richness" attached to them. I used to think these people were lucky. 

Also, it's not a coincidence that there are others that never feel content. No matter what they feel poor, they are stuck in a job they hate and they have crappy relationships. One bad friend after another. One boyfriend that's abusive. (Disclaimer on this statement -- a girl is NEVER AT BLAME, nor is this EVER DESERVED).

I was girl #2 right before I turned 30. I felt lost. I'd ask myself -- why did I attract the abusive friendships and relationships. Where was my passion? I graduated from a great college and had some good careers -- why at 30 did my best friend stab be behind the back and steal money under my nose, I had zero passion to wake up. No job of substance to walk into and no best friend to be by my side.

I DECIDED I could CONTROL my UNIVERSE. I dove into dedicating time into ME as opposed to anything else. For what I was attracting REALLY F-king SUCKED. I learned that SUCCESSFUL and POSITIVE PEOPLE took RISKS!

For instance, I could look and say I have no good job, I am not rich and I can let that consume me. Well guess what happens? You will stay poor. You'll attract these situations because that's what you're expecting. You then come to realize that's what YOU DESERVE. YOU just CREATED a rather SHITTY DESTINY.

At this EXACT DAY last year, I DID IT! I took a RISK. I COMMITTED to CHANGE. I wanted to be person #1. I told people I was going to be a part of Beachbody and I was gonna do ANYTHING IT TOOK to be a SUCCESS STORY.

I could have bought a couple dresses, but instead spent money on a challenge pack in order to become a Beachbody Coach. Since spending this money was a risk, completing this program had even more added value. So I did it. I committed and I knew I would fail if I gave up. Not only was this about changing my UNIVERSE into one FULL OF RICHNESS, I knew deep down I could ENRICH someone else's life. I thought ok maybe a couple people might want to lose some weight and maybe make a few dollars on that side.

Boy was I WRONG. I took a RISK putting up my before and after pictures, letting people into my personal life and WOW it PAID OFF not only physically, but mentally and fiscally.

It gives me CHILLS everyday, that if I decided to keep CRYING about what I DIDN'T HAVE, I would keep NEVER HAVING! And now I have been able to MENTOR around 200 people on my team to their first couple pounds lost to over 20.. I have seen coaches' first paychecks start from small to covering bills.

You'll see over and over again SUCCESSFUL people didn't get just LUCKY. They took risks to better their surroundings. And all of this in one sentence...

They made shit happen.

I hope this above can help at least one person today make their dreams come true!

Summer Bodies are Made in the Winter!


So when I feel I should call it a "LAZY SUNDAY", I remind myself that MARCH is in a few weeks. It's not like you, me or anyone is gonna wake up "BIKINI READY" if you decided to stay in "WINTER COAT MODE." 

I know it's COLD out there, BUT that's why I am giving you the chance to WORKOUT in the COMFORT of your OWN HOME! And I will keep you from not falling off the wagon, with MY SUPPORT and ladies in your same shoes. No one wants to feel alone.

Trust me, I KNOW it's HARD!! For those who know me, I HATE to WORKOUT and I STILL DO... but when it comes to my HEALTH and BODY I will DEDICATE a mere 30 minutes a day!!

So, let's recap. You're achy, you're starving, and the number on the scale is now moving in the wrong direction. It's no wonder you feel discouraged and are tempted to bail altogether. But hang in there, because your body will eventually get the memo. "It's a necessary part of the process," says Edwards. "Sometime between Weeks 3 and 6, once you adapt to your exercise program, you stop producing cortisol and flush the excess water, which leads to you feeling and looking fitter, and losing some weight."

Track progress, not just weight loss

So when the number on the scale isn't budging, how can you tell if you're still on the right track? Start recording your healthy habits—whether that means keeping a workout log or posting Instagram® shots of your meals—so you can see all the changes you've made. "Track the behavior, not the outcome," says Joshua Klapow, PhD, Chief Behavioral Scientist for the health incentive company ChipRewards and author of Living SMART: 5 Essential Skills to Change your Health Habits Forever. "Track the food you eat, the steps you take, and the calories you burn, and make those your markers of success." Seeing these changes can give you just enough motivation to power through this week's plateau, and Klapow says that's all that matters: "Think of motivation like a tank of gas. The tank doesn't need to be full to move, but you can't run on empty."

Focus on the process

Sure, your biggest motivation might be squeezing into smaller jeans. But this week, it can help to focus on all the touchy-feely stuff instead. "Reframe the way you think about working out so it becomes your escape, your path to wellness, something you do for you," says Kim Chronister, PsyD, a health psychologist and author of The Psychology Behind Fitness Motivation. "Our thoughts can powerfully affect our ability to tackle a new weight-loss routine." If you're too focused on the scale, a second-week plateau may feel like a huge failure; if you focus on the "me time" you get while working out, you'll achieve that no matter what.
If that doesn't help, just acknowledge that this week won't be your favorite, and keep on trucking. "Belief in the process helps at this stage," says Edwards. "You cannot make a total body composition change without suffering through a period where all of your goals seem like they are going backwards." He compares it to scaling a mountain or running an Ironman—miserable while you're in the thick of it, but insanely rewarding once you're done. So hang in there, because it'll be next week soon enough.
